Lochter Activity Centre offers a wide range of team building activities that are designed to promote communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
We offer Meeting and Conference Facilities free of charge when you book a Half Day of Corporate activities with us. Our post popular choices include a fully catered morning meeting following by Team Building and Activities in the afternoon.
Here are some of our most popular team building activities:
- Sheep Dog Trials: This activity involves working with trained sheepdogs to herd sheep through a series of obstacles. It requires excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. (no animals required…..only humans)
- Tyred and Exhausted: This activity involves building your away across the ‘lava field’ with tyres, planks and rope. The team must work together to get from the start to the finish line in the fastest possible time.
- Minefield Challenge: This activity involves navigating a simulated minefield blindfolded, with only verbal instructions from your team members. It requires excellent communication, trust, and teamwork.
- Tent Building: This activity involves building a shelter using our Lochter Tent. A real test on communication skills and team work. Our clients must work together to design and construct the shelter while working against the clock.
- Grass Skiing: This activity involves skiing on grass using specially designed skis. It requires coordination, balance, and teamwork.
All of these team building activities are designed to be fun and engaging, while also promoting important skills that are essential in the workplace. Our experienced instructors will provide guidance and support throughout the activities to ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience. You can also expand your choices by including any of our other Activities we offer on site.
